Joaquín Rodríguez García is the Co-Founder and Marketing Director at Maya Land Management & Development, a venture he co-founded with a team of partners, alongside Rincón Gallardo Studio. His passion for architecture, which began with his photography of architecture and urban landscapes, combined with his expertise in sales and entrepreneurship, led to the creation of these ventures in 2024. At Maya Land, Joaquín oversees marketing and sales while continuing his work in content production across video, photography, and graphics. Known for his keen eye for light and color, Joaquín’s portfolio includes work on feature films and projects for clients in industries such as real estate development, hospitality, and automotive. He is also deeply passionate about motorsports and creative arts, with plans to integrate these interests into future projects.

Ari Adler Brotman has a distinguished academic and professional background in architecture and real estate development. He studied at Universidad Anáhuac del Norte, earning numerous accolades for academic excellence and receiving a Master’s offer from Princeton and SCI-Arc universities. His career, which began in 1985, spans office development, interior design, and residential construction. Ari has managed large-scale projects, including the Copacabana Riviera Maya Hotel. From 2008 to 2017, he led the development of approximately 16,000 residential units.
